Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with habits and blocks that I wanted to change. For a long time I felt helpless to change them. My daily routine was filled with tensions and triggers I couldn’t get rid of manifesting as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and exhaustion.

I often felt I was enslaved by my constant chattering mind and tension filled body. Inside somehow I knew these patterns weren’t “who I am” and yet outside they would take over time and again.

It took me a while to realize how The Alexander Technique and The Daring Way™ were unlocking me. At first I only felt relieved and more comfortable in my own skin. Then I began to notice these practices influencing everything and teaching me to help myself.

I believe wholeheartedly in helping people discover their own answers.

I have found The Alexander Technique and The Daring Way™ to provide some of the clearest most consistent daily tools to inspire change.
