Finding Safety and Freedom with your Singing Voice
A one session workshop
So many of us love to sing but hold ourselves back from singing around others. And so many of us have past wounds or even trauma around singing from a young age - we may have felt judged for our singing, or been told we suck at singing or have no talent.
This workshop is a self-compassionate circle where we can heal these wounds and begin to feel safe to let our singing voices out.
The workshop includes improvisational singing explorations accompanied by simple live guitar music. Participants are free to sing as much or as little, as loudly or as softly as they feel called.
The workshop also includes an open space for sharing and processing our past singing wounds, as well as the fears and connections that arise during the musical explorations.
All are welcome - we all have the capacity to experience the joys of letting our voices out.
